  • Probably the best one bedroom modern house in Nailsea
  • Contact us for an application form before viewing

A one bedroom house is almost unique in Nailsea since, in essence, only Bovis Homes the multiple award winning developer has, to date, built any properties of this size and specification and there are just a handful of these "cottages" here in Earlesfield. Of the rare collection this has to be the best with a south facing private garden, driveway parking, spacious and attractive gas centrally heated, double glazed accommodation with great features including a superb bathroom in a more exclusive location with amenities close by but away from traffic. EPC=D. Viewing by appointment.

This surprisingly spacious home was originally designed to suit the more discerning purchaser in search of easily managed accommodation and the same attributes will attract prospective tenants. This particular property occupies the best position in the close enjoying the added advantage of a private drive to the side, low maintenance gardens including a very secluded south facing rear garden.

The house stands in a now mature cul de sac towards the western edge of Nailsea, close to local shopping facilities, a short walk from the hub of the old village and close to parkland and open countryside on the edge of the town.
