In my 11 years living in the flat, I have appreciated the privacy of having my own entrance and a secluded courtyard in addition to my own parking space. The location is amazingly convenient: I love being able to walk into town or just along to the beach at the end of my road! And yet, when driving back home from work, its just two roundabouts off the Wessex Way, which is also so convenient. It's a one-bed flat, but a friend said it was more like a cottage, as it feels very private and is completely separate from the main entrance to Grenville Lodge. It took me two years of flat-hunting to find a town-centre/Westcliff flat with all the benefits of this one. I bought it as soon as I saw it and it has lived up to my expectations.
