This promotes your property to browsers with properly formatted photographs and floor plans in exactly the same style as the printed details which is a vital advantage and we are the only local estate agents that promote properties in this way while our competitors’ are only offering very limited information on the internet.

In 2009 we were invited to join Team. A group of over 300 independent, professional, partner run estate agents across the country with offices in London (50 locations), the home counties and 37 local offices including locations in Bristol and Bath.

Every Team office is computer networked and as soon as our client approves the details of a property then the full particulars are instantly available to all Team offices. Each office then contacts prospective buyers on their own mailing lists and arranges viewings through us. We remain the point of contact and accompany all viewings but if a fellow team agent introduces a buyer through us then we share part of our fee with them.

The benefits of this system are obvious, you receive a multiple level service coordinated by us while only paying a Sole Agency Fee. We remain your single point of contact and provide you with detailed feedback not only after each viewing but also on fluctuations in the market. Furthermore, while you have over 300 offices working for you, you know exactly who is negotiating on your behalf, again the most experienced estate agents locally.

With the advantage of Team, the comment has been made of late that is makes no sense to engage any other estate agent in Nailsea since with us the house is available through two Nailsea offices and through Parkers in Backwell, Mark Templer & Co and Simon Williams in Clevedon, Woods and Westcoast in Portishead to list just the closest fellow Team members of the 300 or more nationally.
